For the moment we are launching this two journals as peered review journals with prestigious evaluators panels from Romania and from other countries which we invited to join and the newsletter.The sites for the journals are still in progress. The instructions for authors will be soon available on this site. The journals will be available for Romanian and other scientists from all over the world. The impact factor will be permanently shown. The second RBCAR Newsletter will be soon available on request, issue 15 September 2009.
